Managing Director – Project Development & Strategic Partnerships

Dave Seburn is a chemical engineer and senior industry executive with over 25 years of experience in polysilicon, silane, and large-scale industrial manufacturing. He brings deep expertise in project development, technology strategy, and operational execution for complex energy and materials projects.

Dave has held senior leadership roles with organizations including REC Silicon, Trina Solar, Qatar Solar Technologies, and Dow Chemical. His experience includes greenfield project development, EPC/EPCM coordination, process engineering, plant operations, and technical due diligence across North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

He has also founded and led engineering and technology companies focused on advanced silicon materials. Dave holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
